GET TO KNOW ME:
I’M A CERTIFIED CAREER & LIFE TRANSFORMATION COACH, SUPPORTING CLIENTS ON THEIR OWN UNIQUE PATHS
I help people break free from limitations to create true fulfillment, freedom, and abundance in their lives. My approach is practical, down-to-earth, fun, creative, and holistic, allowing for steady growth, deep transformation, and real-world results. In a safe, non-judgmental space, I help clients identify internal blocks and create empowering pathways forward.
I have spent decades developing myself, beginning at age 20 when I gave up drugs and alcohol. This was the catalyst that ignited my passion for personal and spiritual growth. With 30+ years of experience, I have trained and studied with well-known transformational organizations, healers, shamans, spiritualists, teachers, and mentors. I am an ICF-Certified Coach, trained through CoachU's Level 1 and 2 programs; I am also a certified Woman-Centered Coach through The Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching, developed by Dr. Claire Zammit; and I am certified as a Ramsey Preferred Financial Coach. Throughout my career, I have assisted thousands of people in their professional and personal lives, including navigating major life pivots.
In my spare time, I enjoy staying active and challenging myself with my favorite circus art – the flying trapeze. My other hobbies include reading, investing in the stock market to build residual income, hanging out with my dog Chuck, and cherishing time with my boyfriend on the weekends. A forever student of the Universe, I’m always eager to grow personally and spiritually. I draw on all my life experiences to gain new perspectives and continue to grow, learn, and share those lessons with my clients.
Nothing gives me more joy than helping people experience the success, purpose, and deep fulfillment they are destined for. I love witnessing the miracles that happen in my clients' lives because of our work together. I look forward to meeting you and helping make your dreams a reality! MY MISSION:
MY LIFE’S WORK WAS SHAPED THROUGH EXPERIENCE, NOT THEORY
I’ve navigated loss, financial uncertainty, career pivots, and hard-earned lessons that forced me to ask deeper questions about purpose, identity, and what it truly means to live a meaningful life. One of the most pivotal moments came in late 2005, after my father passed away. At the time, I was working as an Art Director in advertising. I loved the creativity and culture, but beneath the surface, I was deeply unhappy and felt a twinge that I was profoundly off purpose.
In that pain, I hired my first coach—long before coaching was widely understood or part of our culture. That courageous decision changed the trajectory of my life. Through that work, one of the revelations was this: I needed to make a meaningful difference in people's lives and within organizations. That became one of my guiding principles.
It led me into creative talent acquisition, where I found deep fulfillment helping people step into work that advanced their careers—from their first roles to senior leadership positions shaping the future of organizations. The financial sacrifice was real at first, but the sense of purpose was undeniable. And yes—the money returned quite quickly.
In 2018, I felt another stirring in my soul. In addition to my work, I began intensive training to become a professional coach. This expanded my work beyond helping people find roles to supporting them in reconnecting with themselves—especially during moments of transition, reinvention, and inner conflict. Today, my work sits at the intersection of career, identity, and purpose.
I support individuals and leaders in reshaping how they work and live—so they can align with who they truly are, step into their highest vision, and create impact that extends beyond themselves and into future generations. This is about more than success, and yes, that is important; it’s about building meaningful, sustainable lives and legacies rooted in clarity, integrity, and truth. Nothing gives me more satisfaction.
